6 Years!
Well, who can believe it but we are now entering the 7th year of our marriage. 6 years ago we had seminary, a move across the Atlantic, several jobs and all kinds of unexpected moments in front of us. It's so hard to believe that we are at last to the point of decision regarding the rest of our lives - that school is nearly over and that Scotland will only be our home a few more months.
Life is an adventure...at least that's what everyone always says. I suppose in a moment of reflection I would agree with that. I had no idea what these 6 years would bring me. It's been quite the journey with lots of ups and downs.
I'm grateful for so many things. Today, a day and six years after Josh and I vowed to remain faithful in plenty and in want, I'm grateful to know that life will just go on, bringing all sorts of twists and turns. But most of all I'm grateful that there is one before whom our future stretches - to whom everything is known and who orchestrates all for good and for glory.

Steve and I just had our sixth too, except we forgot all about it until I was writing out a check for the bank. How romantic is that? But we did go to Aix a few days ago and visited the spot where first met, the driveway of the Fac. Now that is romantic.

Congratulations!!! I'm so thankful that I got to witness that great celebration six years ago! I know that transition is never fun, but I, for one, am thankful that you all will soon be back on this side of the ocean.
